Im getting strange problems than printing to a PDF Printer like PDFMailer or Win2PDF

after i changed to VFP9 and using reportlistener for chaining reports to be able to print into 1 PDF File I get the following crap.

Report with a TextBox Arial,12,b and a TextBos Arial,24,b

as far as i could determine VFP9 does not Print the Text as Text but rather using GDI++ to render them to Grafic ( coz i cant select any Text with acrobat Reader)

the strange think is I can see the Arial,24 Text in the PDF but the Arial,12 Text is only a Black BAR on the Page !?
(can say why but on some PC it works on some it doesnt even had the Problem on a Win XP machine)

can one setup report to NOT render Text as Graphic !?!?

already tried with 80|90 reportbehavior with no change
