Select the field you don't want values for in the Configuration Utility and turn off the Allow Values setting.

There are a couple of ways to do this:

- Make the view you don't want the user to select from non-reportable in the Configuration Utility.

- Train them to turn off the Show All Fields option in the Filter Condition dialog so they only see fields from the selected view.
