I just saw the guest judge that Fox news has on from time to time. He said Blanco wouldn't sign the document that turned the LA national guard over to the president so he could have the Army run the ship, even though she did put the document out that stated there was a "state of emergency". Having said that, have you heard the woman? She looks like she might be an outpatient from a mental institution, or she may just be strung out!<g>
