I'd say that this is equivalent to New-Orleans. Right now is not the time to argue who did what in a wrong way. It's time to act and help those in needs.
The same goes for politicians. Let them do their stuff but after if you see that there was a hole in the system and that they could profit from it then the next logical move would be to fix it. Not for the corrupt politician to tell his friends how to exploit the system.
I know this is easier said than done but we have to start somewhere.
