The labels we are using are 2x4 so that should work. Did you use the report wizard to build your labels?Did you run into any problems? Why I ask is I have had a few snags with the wizard when trying to generate HSD printed labels on an Okidata line printer. I ended up commanding the printer directly with some custom code which was a real pain. As far as speed goes I am not sure how to compare statistics sometimes. The HSD mode for the Okidata prints 390 cps. The label printer does 6 labels per minute. That seems an odd statistic in that label sizes differ. I am taking out my stop watch to time the Okidata because that will be my benchmark. But is there something about the label printer that I don't understand which contributes to this type of statistic? How does a thermal printer head operate?
