I'm using a listview control in an application I'm going to distribute in an EXE. The listview control works fine in development mode but dies when run from the EXE I want to distribute.

Does anyonw know what additional files (DLLs, OCXs, etc.) I need to include when I distribute my EXE?

(Background: When I run the prg from within VFP 5.0, everything works fine. But when I build an EXE and run it there, I get two messages:

Error 1111 - [an error in the INIT of the control] and the message "Invalid File Descriptor." Help says to record my activities and call MicroSoft Support. Hmmmm .... If I choose ignore the message, I get Error 1429 - [method INIT]: 1 OLE lDispatch exception code 0 from listviewctrl:ImageList must be initialized before it can be used.
