Yuri, as it is a report based on a cursor, I don't believe you'll have a chance to look at it in action on another computer. But thanks for the offer.

Randy, I've tried your suggestion. Unfortunately, I don't think that it is the problem as it didn't fix it. It did however help me learn more about dealing with arrays and memos, which of course is always useful.

After fooling around with what you suggested, I was fed up and removed all other fields on the report except for the previously mentioned memofield. After playing around with the report with only this field for a bit, I noticed the following:

1. If the detail band is greater than 5" on the left hand side (it's listed as 8.5" on the top), It goes onto another page with page 2 being blank.
2. If the detail band is less than 5" on the left hand side, it prints properly on only 1 page.

I checked my printer setup, and it lists it as letter size (8.5x11).

This has me completely stumped, but I must be missing something pretty easy here. Any other advice from anybody? Thanks.
