I am trying build an executable to put in the setup wizard that will get registration information, but I'm not having much luck. I was thinking that I could create a project with just a main program and 1 form to gather the information and then build it into an executable. What I am wanting is after the installation of the application is a form to come up asking for RegisteredToName, RegisteredToCompany and Serial# that I can then open up my main database and enter these values into a configuration table.

Can anyone help shed some light here?
