I don't know the Chinese Code table but how I could did it if I want to check if the user input is Bulgarian or English:
In KeyPress Event of the TextBox:
LPARAMETERS nKeyCode, nShift
IF BETWEEN(nKeyCode,192,255)
ELSE
ENDIF
This didn't handle the input of special chars as []-+= etc. They all accepted to be English :o)
