Create a class called test based off custom visually
With the class open in the designer, open the Class Info dialog
off the Class menu and check the OLE Public checkbox.
I'v created many COM objects this way. There are limitations as opposed
to programmatic COM objects, such as _COMARRAY, but you can do it
visually.
