I want the caps lock key to be off only.
The reason is I am using a third party tool which is always active when my fox program is working.

The requiredment of thirdparty tool is caps lock should be OFF always. If it is on it send some funny characters in the fields.

So how can I achieve this . Pl. Help. Thanks in Advance.
