I have a VFP 9 COM component that I am calling from VFP 7. The component gathers data and returns approx. 25000 records to the client. In the server, the records are gathered, and I used CURSORTOXML to return an XML string. In my client, I am using XMLTOCURSOR to pout the string back into a cursor. This is taking forever, and I am pretty sure the part taking the longest is the conversions. Is there a better way to do this?
