There are two versions of the executable. The extended version (foxprox.exe) needs at least 2 MB RAM, IIRC; the standard version (foxpro.exe) will work on 640 KB or perhaps even less - I don't remember exactly. Another executable, fox.exe, chooses the appropriate version automatically.
