This what was causing ours not to work after the update.
The cmd was "c:\program files\appname\webupdate.exe" auto, it didn't like the auto parameter.
So I copied the cmd to a batch file including the ", and changed the cmd to point to the batch file, it now works.
BTW it doesn't work without the "'s included.
