i have many users and they need to see LIVE data.

this is how the process happens

User A creates a Record, this has 5 fields
Other users depending on who has what rights can respectively enter in information in their respective columns.
Other users should be able to see what everyone else has typed instantly in that record.

I am using a Grid to do all this, however when the User A creates a record there is no problem and everyone can see a new record but the user input in the existing record is not visible instantly. However this also is not consistent, sometimes it is visible instantly, sometimes it is not.

I have a timer with an interval of 1000 which says thisform.refresh.

What am I doing wrong?
