Nope. I am just addressing one and only one point. Are you familiar with how Florida responded to 3 major hurricanes in about 6 weeks last summer? The State and local gov'ts enacted their plans effectively. You just had better leadership there than in Louisiana. Take the now flooded buses in New Orleans. The mayor's excuse was they did not have drivers for them. What the hell kind of plan is that which includes the use of buses to evacuate citizens that does not inlcude the contigency for dirvers?
