Being a "little creep" may be better than being a "big creep". I guess it depends upon what type of creep you like! :)
But then again perhaps you aspire to be a big creep and just have not made the grade. Oh well, there are so many ways to take any statement.
>What if you said: "You little creep" to a small person, does this imply that all small persons are creeps ? Does it imply that all creeps are little ?

>little is making the insult stronger, but it definitely is not a sign of discrimination.

>>I disagree. The "tall" is not necessary, so it is implicitly discriminatory. The person making the statement also has an issue with someone being tall as well as an airhead.

>>>While your conclusion is correct, I don't think the explanation is complete. Had she used the term "tall airhead" there would not be an implicit connection between tall people and airheads. The reason the "blond airhead" would be considered offensive is that there is a stereotype about blonds that this expression seems to enforce. There is no stereotypical connection between tall people and airheadedness.
