"1. We wanted acustic as well as optical feedback. Like buttons changing backcolor while they are pressed, Buttons having images as well as text nicely formated. At that time with VFP7 there was no way to make that work with normal buttons and we nedded to use an ActiveX-Button (we took DBI-Tech's). That was a lot of work as subclassing those was horrible. Finally we did that all in code and could not use the designers. With Visual FoxPro 8+ You're out of that now"
