Make sure they understand the difference between FoxPro and Visual FoxPro. FoxPro was discontinued nearly 10 years ago, so, although it's still in use at lots of places, could be considered obsolete. Visual FoxPro, on the other hand, is still going strong, as evidenced by the recent release of version 9 and announced plans for a future version, code-named Sedna.
