The phrase "One nation, under God" is entierly unconsitutional.

The founding fathers didn't come here for religion. They came here
to have freedom of religion. Or from religion. They wanted the choice
to worship the way they wanted or not at all.

"One nation, under God" implies everyone in the nation is unified in
submission to a god.
