According to an Information Week Daily story I just read the official launch date for Visual Studio 6.0, which includes VFP 6.0, is September 2 at MS Developer Days 98. Thought I would pass this along as I recall someone asking this question after Dev Con and only getting 'sometime in September' as an answer.
