Not really. It is cool to have a query language for data in a variety of formats, but can this technology do anything more for than save me a few lines of code?

This looks like a total waste of time to me.

Let's recapp:

2000: .NET is awesome because its an all-purpose OO platform
2005: .NET can now execute data queries without using objects

Amazing!

Not really.

Unless I'm missing something. Anyone?
