Hi,
I gather that all devices are getting their IP addresses from the DHCP in the ADSL router, if so you will have disable the DHCP in the router, give the router ethernet connection it's own fixed IP, then in the TCPIP section on each workstation's NIC set the fixed IP that you want, and set the gateway to the IP address that you gave the Router.

Also set the DNS to the router's IP Address as the DHCP would be issuing that also.
