The question from 1M$ it is:
on 1000 bugs sent to the MS how much the percentage is of those ignored?
I say more than the 80%.

Also because absurd philosophy is:

if a code exists for partially resolving the bug then we ignore it.


The result:
- many developers have to rediscover the workaround
- in the application good part of the code serves for revolving the bugs,
and this code often creates secondary effects that are propagated,....
I think about having a 15% of workaround code ( often demential ) to be able to go on.
