If a shortcut menu (context-sensitive menu) is taller than the screen, it should scroll and, in fact, it tries to, however it doesn't work. I have a very tall menu that displays fine at my resolution of 1280 x 1024, but at my client's lower resolution of 1024 x 768, it will not fit. He sees scroll arrows at the top and bottom of the menu, but when he tries to scroll down it scrolls one or two lines and then stops, even though there are 10 or so entries below where it stops. Then if he goes back and scrolls up, the scroll arrows disappear completely and he can't scroll at all. The fix for me will be to shorten this menu (the user can add entries to the menu to set filters on a table and they've added quite a few), but this does seem to be a bug (I'm using VFP 9). A similar bug was reported in the MS KB article below and they claim to have fixed it way back in VFP 6 SP3, but that claim doesn't seem to be correct (or they broke it again or the bug, though similar, is not the same). Does anyone know a workaround (other than the obvious one of shortening the menu)?
