LOCATION: FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA

Senior Programmer/Analyst
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Management Info Sys (MIS) depart. develop/support complex computerized programs, systems, and processes.
- Perform analysis, design and programming tasks for complex new/existing sys.
- Prepare programs/reports to provide support for internal information needs.
- As necessary perform system(s) review, quality assurance, testing and documentation of complex NARBHA programs/sys
- As necessary assist in problem resolution for production sys.
- Coordinate with external agencies to provide support.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Computer Info Sys with 3-5 years programming exp. Work exp over 5 years may be substituted for degree.
- Current programming exp with Visual FoxPro 9.0 and/or MS Visual Studio .NET
- Demonstrated ability to function in a production environment and solve problems
- Ability to interact with users at all levels of expertise with good verbal /written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft/SQL relational database a plus
- Experience with pre-packaged software systems (CMHC, WWW content distributors, third-party add-ons) a plus

- As necessary perform sys review, quality assurance, testing and documentation of complex NARBHA programs/sys
- As necessary assist in problem resolution for production sys.

Requirements:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Computer Info Sys with 1-4 years programming exp. Work exp over 4 years may be substituted for degree.
- Current programming exp with Visual FoxPro 9.0 and/or MS Visual Studio .NET
- Demonstrated ability to function in a production environment and solve problems
- Experience with Microsoft/SQL relational database a plus
- Experience with pre-packaged software systems (CMHC, WWW content distributors, third-party add-ons) a plus
