>>You question religious people about parenting. So you have to know that there are advantages gained from seeking wisdom, guidance, and favor from God. With my beliefs I know that I am not alone in any situation I go though as a parent. So if you want a real advantage then that is what I can offer you.
>>"As for me and my house we will serve the Lord". It is a quote from the Bible.

>Did I question religious people about parenting? No, YOU question NON-religious people about parenting. You think being religious is an advantage, if not a prerequisite for good parenting. This is really fundamentalistic, orthodox religious nonsense and I somehow feel personally insulted. You are implicitly suggesting that my three kids cannot possibly have been raised well, just because the father and mother are non-believers. I can tell you that my children are generally highly appreciated for their good behavior.

I think I need to work on my grammer skills when typing fast. I meant to type "You questioned a religious person about parenting" I was pointing out to you that you asked a religious person their view on parenting and the advantage of being a parent who has a belief in God. I gave you my answer. At no time did I say you are a bad parent for being non-religious. I do not even know you or your family, so why would I say that. You asked me if there is an advantage to being a God-fearing parent. I indicated yes. If you choose not to believe in anything remotely religious, then that is your choice. I can only tell you what I believe.

Sorry to have ruffled your feathers with bad typing.
