>What can I say Fabio? My brain is getting old. It probably has nothing to do with TABLEPROMPT after all, for it seems it does have any effect in the DE, apparently. Sorry Jon.
Hugo,
No worries. I'm just a little stunned that apparently I'm not able to fully trap errors. Even with your code idea, there would be no way for me to throw the exception back to the outer/master TRY/CATCH block because the system at this point doesn't acknowledge its existence. Would this be considered a bug?
The thing that makes this more difficult is that my client is trying to use this utility with a scheduler (I think it's called Tidal), and they cannot have any interactive popup errors that would keep the process open until the following morning. I guess I could always put code in the Error method of the form and force a system exit, but that's not too clean a way to handle things.
Laterness,
Jon
