I have found no help example, so I have come to the UT for an answer. I am working on an app that uses many tables that are created by the user, so I am using (filename) to allow the user(s) to open whichever table they wish. I am also sorting the table. Unfortunately, the table has a memo field. It is easy to sort the table, but as you know, the FTP must accompany the table. How does one copy the FTP to become the sorted table's FTP using (filename) as a table name's variable name substitution?
