Currently I have a Document Management System (DMS). ( thanks for your framework )

The DMS has a module that sends the documents via faxes. Documents are fax and status is retrieved. By looking at the status the user can determine if the fax was successfully sent.


The 3rd party software that I use is ZetaFax from Equisys ( www.equisys.com).
The toolkit comes with lots of examples and will do everything you mention on your requirements.
