It has been a while since I tried but if I think that sounds similar.

For now, I found a 3rd party tool to help out. This tool can read the .xsd (Accord schema) files and create the tables. The tool's installation includes the v2.12 Accord schema in a subdirectory. It can also parse the commission xml file and place the data in the appropriate tables.

The tool so far seems to be free. You can download the tool from:

http://www.pilotfishtechnology.com/download.htm

The installation and setup is fairly straight forward. They have pretty good help on how to set it up. It puts the data into Access or MSSQL and then I can extract into fox.
