This is brilliant stuff, Grady. It reminds me very much of a John Cleese video called "Meetings, Bloody Meetings", and a company I once worked for where everything was done exactly as the video said it shouldn't.

We actually did have the 'Monday morning meetings' come hell or high water - whether anybody had anything to talk about or not. But at least we got donuts.
