No, because it doesn't know where the exe is. I need to find in run-time where is my external exe. E.g. my colleague put
#DEFINE cTextToPDFExe ["C:\Program Files\AdultPDF\Text To PDF\TxtToPDF.exe"]

but I installed this program in the different folder and now his program is giving me error...
