The problem is that the MM .NET Infragistics project contains references to a specific version of Infragistics assemblies which you no longer have on your computer. Here's what you need to do:

1. Run the Infragistics Project Upgrade Utility on the MM .NET Infragistics Project(s)

2. Rebuild the MM .NET Infragistics Project(s) as described in the MM .NET Developer's Guide topic "Recompiling MM .NET Assemblies".
