Don'r remind me. I went to school at Albany St. Once the frost appears in Oct/Nov. it will be the last time you see grass until April or May. They have a hugh fountain in the middle of the campus. Sum years it was totally useless. As soon as it started to warm in late April, the rains would come and last thru May.
