Hi,

Doesn't seem to me that this thread is heading in the right direction. If the problem appeared after a program change I'd try to find the source of the problem there. If 75% of your display devices are exhibiting the behaviour then it doesn't bode well if the app is destined for any sizeable deployment...

But it's not clear from your description what you are actually seeing. How do you 'swtich between different containers'? When you say 'each label displays itself twice' do you mean it repaints twice in the same position or that it displays in two different positions (presumably the latter)? Is it occurring only on specific containers/pageframes? Is it only labels that are affected ? Is there 'bleed' between pageframes? etc.,etc.?

Regards,
Viv

>Quite recently we introduced a new problem in our application. When we switch between different containers on a complex multipage pageframe form, each label displays itself twice. If you move the form, this weird visual effect disappears. This effect is only shown in 800*600 resolution. One of our QAs is not having this, but three other PC exibit this behavior. Do you know, what may cause it and what should we do about it?
