Good gawd John! So so sorry. You've been caught in a rip tide man. Seems you've been the "Sucks Being Me" poster child. Most unfortunate. And I can only offer wimpy little axioms like "health first then it's all about relationships", "one day at a time", "roll yer own."

When the "Nathan" character was leaving home in the old Steve Martin movie "The Jerk", his family gave him the following advisements -- 1) the Lord loves a workin' man, 2) never trust whitey and 3) see a doctor and get rid of it.
