Actually, if you want to have them in an excel sheet, replace the chr(13) from the memo into chr(10) for the sheet. Also replace all chr(13)+chr(10) (if any) with just chr(10).

For some reason, Excel internally uses chr(10), the Unix end-of-line character, while most of the rest of Microsoft's software uses chr(13).
