I was extremely lucky so far having great managers in both of my full time jobs here in USA. On my previous job I had some issues and even fights, but they were always started from me taking the wrong path in desire to improve the sytem or incorporate something when timeframe and project goals didn't permit it.

My current manager is one of the greatest managers on earth. I'm just lucky <g>
