>>>When I am rebuilding an APP or EXP through the Project Manager, I am getting the subject error. This is a project that I am converting over from VFP7 to 9. I have not modified the reports at all in 9, and my report engine behavior is set to 80. Why in the world would the Project Manager/Recompile All even touch my FRX/FRT files, and does anyone know why my report FRT files would become corrupt as they are not missing? TIA!

>>Do you get any error reported if you open the .FRX/.FRT as a table? Maybe it has to do with more-advanced table error checking in VFP9.

>I can open it as a table. The weird deal is that it is not always the same FRT file that this gets reported on. I also see the same problem issuing the BUILD commands from the Command window. I can even MODIFY REPORT and save without problems. I am starting to think its a failure to release a file handle issue.

- Does the problem persist across a reboot?
- Are there any issues if you open the .PJX as a table?
- Do you have anything happening in a ProjectHook?
