Depends. If you mean a spreadsheet like Excel then there is OWC.Spreadsheet.
You can also host an excel spreadsheet in a webbrowser control (I don't suggest directly hosting with inplace editing but through webbrowser). There are datagrid,HierarchicalFlexgrid etc activex controls as well.
