I thought 8 was stable, but I don't think 9 is more stable. I feel it may be just slightly less stable. Locking up during builds is a pain. Perhaps the service pack will take care of that for me. Then, if you guys would just fix the problem I've been asking you and Alan about (and have reported via the official bug reporting page) where I get a record pointer movement that is not initiated by my code or my users' actions and if you'd fix some quirks in the IDE that you introduced in VFP 8 that make it more of a pain to use, then I'd be smiling, fat, and happy.
