Oooo ... I think I saw this one the other day (changing my code to acoomplish the same goal in a different manner got me past it, but resulted in ugly code):

However, mine was not on a formset. It was just a form with a pageframe with 4 pages. Hopefully, the fix will fix what I saw, too.
