Are you trying to run in the VFP7 environment with a set reportbehavior command in the code?
If so, that could be your problem.
Set Reportbehavior is a vfp 9 command, I would expect it to throw an error in VFP 7.

The question I have deals with why the VFP 7 EXE just seems to ignore the Set Reportbehavior command while the development envir reports an error.
