>>No, as part of my on-going interest in finding out stuff about you strange people across the Atlantic

Well, you lot included, but I have found out quite a bit about canucks from personal experience.

And how come a goodie, someone who's experienced at handling guns, is handed a gun by the villain and is surprised that it has no bullets when he goes to use it. I mean, the baddie's taken out the clip and the goodie doesn't notice the lack of weight (especially the 100 bullet variety).

>I started noticing duvets in the mid 80's. Us men in the college dorms had sheets and blankets, while almost every woman had a duvet. I've been sleeping under them for about 15 years, because of my wife. Duvets, not college girls.

I didn't spend that much time in the men's dorms myself (phnar - phnar) but I did bring my own duvet with me, and just use it instead of the supplied blankets.
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
