I need to do it for the two open pages of the book, e.g page1 state1-stateN and page2 stateN+1 StateM, where M is the last state. I'm not sure how to achieve my goal and what tool to use. I tried Excel Pivot table, but could not get data as I need. I have VFP8 at home, but not sure, if I can create such report there.
