I have the same problem when printer fonts are used.
Try to
SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 80
REPORT FORM ... TO PRINTER ...
SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90

I don't know if VFP9 knows to send line by line or render and send entire page as graphic.
