Hi I wantto acces to my vfp database from my website via ASP to my corprate local server for some queries ?

i know some issues about it like ; first i need static IP for my internet connecttion,DSL connection,windows2003 server ?
is there need some port settings for DSL modem if so which number we can use for this goal?
how we would be the security settings on Windows2003 server ?
