In China, the babies wear crotchless onesie's instead of diapers. They just squat down and let fly. In a McDonald's in Beijing, there was a couple with a baby seated behind my wife. At one point I saw this beautiful golden arch appear over her shoulder. Narrowly missing her and her fish burger.
