Hi Laurie,
VFP9 detects some memo corruption that previous version didn't. Try to open a project as a table in VFP6 and pack it. If it doesn't help, try to copy it to the new name with COPY TO newproj.pjx. Alternativelly, you can use a table repair tool if youhave any. If nothing helps, you can recreate the project from scretch using old one for reference.
